Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-503/17.
De manera preliminar, la actora le había pedido a la Corporación aclarar desde cuándo ordenó pagar su pensión de invalidez.
Esta pretensión fue resuelta mediante el Auto 090A/20, mediante el cual se declaró improcedente por haberse presentado de manera extemporánea.
Teniendo en cuenta que se formula nuevamente la misma petición, la Sala Novena de Revisión dispuso ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en el precitado auto.

- PRIMERO. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en el Auto 090A de 2020 que ya se pronunció sobre la solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-503 de 2017, formulada por la señora Luz Dary Rodríguez Rodríguez, y concluyó que resultaba improcedente por haberse presentado de manera extemporánea.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNÍQUESE a la ciudadana Luz Dary Rodríguez Rodríguez lo resuelto en la presente providencia, con la advertencia que, contra la misma no procede ningún recurso.
